Our Care Home Services team will help you to decide the best medication management system for your care home’s residents. You may choose a Monitored Tablet System, or you may wish to receive medicines in the original packs.
Stockport Pharmacy Care Home Services provide:
- *28 day delivery of your medicine, delivered within plenty of time before medication runs out
- *Daily delivery with cut-off times for emergency/mid-month medication
- *Direct contact with the local pharmacy team who will be dispensing your medicines
- *Medicines delivered Monday to Friday
- *Prescription management – from prescription ordering, through to delivery of medicines
Here at Stockport Pharmacy we can also provide visits to your care home from our experienced pharmacists who can give you advice to help you meet the standards required for medicines by the regulators.
